The project began with a review of the client's existing designs and concept for an AI-driven image and video generation platform. Research was conducted to understand the AI character creation space, existing tools, and the technical requirements for handling dynamic media generation. This process helped identify the best approach for integrating character-based AI generation within the app, focusing on usability, data flow, and system performance.

Design played a central role in the development of AV Forge AI. The process involved translating the client's Figma designs into a fully functional and visually consistent WeWeb implementation. Significant attention was given to refining layouts, improving responsiveness, and ensuring a smooth user flow for creating and generating AI characters, images, and videos.

The development phase was crucial in connecting WeWeb with the existing Xano backend, ensuring both systems worked together seamlessly. This stage focused on establishing secure and efficient API connections, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing response times across all user interactions. Special attention was given to API security, authentication, and error handling to ensure a reliable user experience during character creation and media generation.

QA focused primarily on the frontend experience, ensuring every interaction was properly synchronized with the backend developed by another team member. Testing validated API connections, data responses, and real-time feedback within the WeWeb interface. Each component was reviewed to confirm it reflected accurate data, stayed responsive, and gave users a seamless creative workflow — catching integration issues early and keeping the frontend and backend in sync.
