An EdTech platform helping learners turn ideas into real products through guided courses, tasks, and collaboration. Migrated the first version from Flutterflow to WeWeb & Xano.
Research
Mapped the existing app and defined migration goals.
Analyzed the existing Flutterflow app's structure, user flows, and data setup (users, courses, collaboration). Held calls with the Ambitious Lab team to define migration goals around engagement, task creation, and collaboration.
Design
Rebuilt the interface pixel-perfect in WeWeb.
Rebuilt the v3 interface as a responsive WeWeb frontend, replicating Figma layouts pixel-perfectly. Built a custom design system (typography, colors, reusable components).
Development
Migrated the backend from Firebase to Xano.
Full data migration from Firebase to Xano. Led course/learning system, profile management, and backend scalability work. Collaborated with other devs on AI integration and project management features.
QA
QA across design accuracy, data integrity, and performance.
Multiple rounds covering design accuracy, data migration integrity, backend performance. Closed user testing plus hands-on support involvement to gather real-world feedback.
